Understand entirely. Our pet, "Dutchy", a Keeshond of 13 years passed away before Christmas. Fortunatly, we have another Keeshond of 3 years to fill the gap.
Unfortunatley last week we, myself and 5 surviving siblings lost our mother of 88 years and approx 80 lbs. Applications open to fill the gap. (appologies Le, I'm grieving)

>This turned out to be a rough week. My oldest dog, 15 years old, already hobbling with arthritis in the hips,

Last week we, ie myself and 5 surviving siblings lost our mother.
At 88 she had a long life. At an approx weight of 70 lbs was slight. We are waiting for someone to fill the gap.
Appologies Le, I'm grieving,

Re Printmaking
I started a large etching before she passed away, and in the gap between passing and the funeral my therapy was to work on this. As yet unfinished, but looking good.
I found Baren when I was recouperating from an op last year. The direct info suppied by members is terrific. but the references supplied are awesome. I have been collecting and reading up on all things posted.
I have a lino print on the way, attempting to combine a variety of techniques discovered over the last year.
This image has had the biggest lead in time for development of anything I have done, cannot wait to get started.
Keep you posted
Jenny
I started a blog a while ago and have not managed to get it on the baren list as yet. If you r interested in seeing my work, google jenny kelly-wlodarczyk. If only I remembered the correct address.
