It is certainly time to introduce myself. I have been standing on the sidelines long enough, watching the fun, and now I want to play.
My name is Preston Lawing, and I am a printmaker.....
I have always been interested in wood, block printing, and the joy of the multiple. I teach in a small university in southern (tropical) Minnesota, and love the ability to turn new folks on to printmaking.
I won't expand on my background at this point, just wanted to say hello, and to let you know how much joy I get from reading posts in the "Daily Digest". There is such a wealth of knowledge and willingness to share within this group!
I look forward to becoming an active part. Thanks.
