Sorry folks, when I checked the messages at the receiving end, I see
Dale's message still wouldn't go through. Check the archives
instead. It will be there. It's about back pain. Let me see if I
can incorporate it into my own message here as I saw the parts of the
message I myself had written came through fine. Pretend I'm Dale
Phelps...

Is this just on the digest? I am on individual posts and have gotten all the
Dale messages including Dale's original post.

Hello everyone!
Good news!
Due to the amount of people that have asked me about linking their names to images but DO NOT have their own website, I have added a Gallery feature option.
It is simple to take advantage of, but not free, cheap, but alas...not free. AHHH there's the rub.

I want everyone to get the most out of this site, so I have opened up doors for people to use. I realize that I am not the only one out there doing this. But I hope I am one of the fairest and most cost effective. I am trying to make it all FREE, but this part would be overwhelming if there wasn't a charge. The cost is essentially there to discourage miss-use of my site and time.

Dave told me how to do this so here goes.

Dale's missing message is:

Rob, I am a retired orthopedic surgeon and can tell you that back
pain is a
very difficult problem to treat. I have found through the years that
if a
person does abdominal strengthening exercises, ie situps or crunches
it does
help. I personally carve standing up on a rather tall bench. It
helps to wear
good shoes and a mat if using that approach. Good luck, and don't
quit carving!
