The prints in the Surimono exchange are really beautiful - with lots of
wonderful embossing & glitter & just plain good work! Thanks to
everyone who participated and a special THANK YOU to Bette for
co-ordinating & making the lovely folder for the prints! This was an
unexpected bonus, Bette, and one that I'm sure everyone will treasure.

Bette, the album is wonderful, the portfolio cover was inspired! What a lot of work you put into it. Also the packageing for the deck of cards...Colleen, it is beautiful. I have an extra 7 of spades if anyone is missing one...oops.

I gave my printmaking talk today to about 30 people and since I had received these exchanges yesterday took them along. The response was amazing. Everyone loved them and I could see some budding printmakers since this was a group of all artists! At least no one threw food and there was a lot of it there. I consider it a success when no one falls asleep. I cannot expect the rest of the world to be as excited about printmaking as I am....although it amazes me they are not!
