Colleen:
Did you get takers for all of the outstanding cards? I'd like to take a
shot at either of the Jacks, or one of the number cards if they have been
spoken for.
I should read my email more often!

Dear Steve.
Re your request for suggestions on viewing Japanese prints in this area, I
find there are more venues in San Francisco than in Sacramento for said
viewing.
I am aware that there is a small collection of Japanese prints in the
Eleanor McClatchy collection (which is housed in a local Historical museum)
and at least one in the Sacramento City College Gregory Kondos Gallery,
which was donated by a very knowledgeable Art historian on the faculty.
(Margaret S, if you read this and are aware of any others, please speak up!
If your friend would like, she may contact me at my studio for more
information. The number is 916-444-5586, and there is an answering machine
in case no one is there.
Regards,
Carol in Sacramento
Maria, also come hang with this hanga girl in Kentucky - the greater
Cinti. area. just 10 min. from downtown Cinti. My husband and I have
two kids, a beautiful pond to swim in or throw green apples in, dirt
bikes, motorcycles, a little poochy, art museums, great views of Ohio
River, and an art studio that has plenty of floor space for hanga OR
oily girl printing, a private spare bedroom, and plenty of haiku moments
to boot! Oh, and we can walk thru the forests at the end of our street
to find logs for slicin'!
Bette.
