I plan to do the same thing for the Summit, bring something that I am
already working on.
It will be neat to see all the new faces.
And yes!!!! I am also the owner of a new PT Cruiser, great aren't they? Mine
is Raspberry color with the wooden design sides. What is yours? Sorry , this
should be on After Five, but golly.

That's a great idea, maybe I just will work on making my own boxes with a
"see through" top? maybe acrylic? so that people can peek inside without
touching. One idea I was mulling was to have a set made with a.p.'s and a
set of white gloves so people could rummage through one set.
This year I sold a few sets from my website, but the right kind of folk at
the better art festivals are asking about sets and I thought it might be a
good attraction for serious collectors. My problem is that I can no longer
show ALL the prints in a series in a 10 x 10 booth and also have a good
variety to satisfy the typical festival audience. But some of those print
lovers are showing up and want to see the whole series.
I guess another thing I could do is to print a nice color brochure with all
the images on it and have that be the "touchable" piece. Then the real
prints could stay in the sealed boxes...oooooh, mystery.....

Hi-
what about a set that is in a portfolio--like the black leather ones with
clear pages inside that you can slip prints into If a store bought version
wouldn't fit with your prints or seems too heavy, you could maybe make
something more appropriate still using the acrylic pages (a spiral
binding??) Then people can rummage through prints, while they remain clean
and the untouched sets can be safely tucked away

Another idea: mount the a/p prints onto another longer sheet of paper that
could then be put into a homemade stab bound book? Not sure if you're into
book/box making
