was wondering what is the delay with the FLORA prints? The
due date was 1st November.

Hi.....I think the new "stricter" rules become effective starting with
Exchange #12. They were published
near the end of the period for #11 (Flora).

Here is the answer on the shin torinoko paper...so it is sort of archival,
at least buffered. See McClains web site at http://www.imcclains.com for
more information and to get a catalog.
